Account Deletion » 

Andrew announced today in Irc that he will deleting unused accounts in a couple of days time.
Andrew will be deleting any accounts which haven't been used for 60 days and are less then 30 minutes old and are holding less than 500 gp (in either gold ot objects)
Any account that is over 30 minutes old, or holding more than 500 gp (in either gold , or objects) will not be erased.

This is a message to ALL Runescape players, and time is running out !!

As number of players is growing Runescape server costs are geting much higher but unfortunatly new players don't have culture of suporting FREE projects like runescape and don't click banners. Andrew is in hard position to cover all growing costs becouse of that.

We all Like runescape free, we like to jump in and relax and have fun but then we must also remember there is somone who is working HARD to get it available to us, and who is geting a BILL every month!!

Please! When you are playing don't forget to click some banners that is only way to keep Runescape free and to keep ANDREW upgrading game and adding new content. If you forget to do this EVERY time you play soon he will have to think about other solutions.

Remember CLICK when you play and remember others to click too !!!!

    Just wanted to report that I found a silver rock. Don't know if there are more.

    The one I found is right dead-nuts centre of the entrance into the mining area at the Ghost Town mines. Just as you walk in, and are about to run into the adam rock in the centre, you trip over the silver rock first.

    When I mined it, it does not look like an ore - IT LOOKS JUST LIKE A
    DIAMOND - a little white nugget.

    You have to be 31 prayer lvl to go up the new ladder. Up it you can get a monks outfit. The complete robe gives 12 prayer points in armor.
    - Also, brother Jerrod will bless a stringed holy star made of silver(you can get silver also in pit chasm) which is 8 prayer points in armor.
    - you needing to be level 16 crafting to do Symbol of Saradomin from silver.

  • New monastery area which you can enter if you are a high level cleric. Includes monks robes and a special new altar to pray at.
  • Silver rocks to mine (requires level 20 mining)
  • Holy symbol of Saradomin, made by crafting from silver. Take it to the new monastery area to get it blessed to make your prayers last longer
  • The black hole experience in the dwarven mines!
  • A few minor bug fixes

    As many of you noted there are many problems connectiong to runescape.com and jagex.com is also down. Still there is no news about reason but it is ovious it is DNS or maintence problem of network provider and I'm sure it will be fixed fast. And we will post ASAP if we find anything other.

    I get elaborated next bounch of emails and so I updated a site all around.

  • I updated Trading skills with latest cooking changes but i still dont uploaded Fishing informations, as i recived TON of messages about it and i have to sort all info and present it nice shape probably on separate page.

  • I wish to thanks ALL who submited Pirate quest guides even if i twice mentioned that i have already enugh guides for it ;-), There was OVER 50 recived and with hard heart i decided in end to give credits on base of QUALITY and FIRST come first go. So i finally updated Quest page

  • Some little additions like who drop runes, cow drops, etc added in Bestiary

  • and of course some more clans send its links so i added them too in Links section

    P.S. As probably many have noted my provider was down 9 hours and we was unreachable i still dont have any news what was problem or anything else. Lets hope this will not repat (they have 99.99% guarantee uptime !!)

  • Most important it looks that Duping is eliminated and that Andrew will delete all dupers and persons who traded with them, who dont send him a email and give all duped items to MODERATOR !! thanks to all who submited info so Andrew was able to fix it. (ELIMINATION and Oz to mention some)

  • Tailoring (crafting) miniguide by GOD
    1) Get cow-hide from cow lvl 8.

    2) Goto a shop next to the furnace in Al Kharid and talk to tanner and he'll trade cow-hide for leather.

    3) Go to the crafting shop behind the General Store in Al Kharid and buy a needle and thread. Use a needle on one of the leathers and make either:

    Leather Glove Armor=Level 1 Crafting
    Leather Boot Armor=Level 2 Crafting
    Leather Chest Armor=Level 7 Crafting
  • There are 4 new rocks in the volcano on Karamja, all contain gold.
  • The demon in the cage, upstairs in the wizard tower is now a lesser demon!Jurai_Knight

    UPDATE !! Leather crafting added !! » 

    Thanks Haze Sux and eXpertgamer for first news that Andrew today uploaded new update. This is mostly bug fixes and main new addition is that players can make lather armour now (Whow i cannot wait to make first Dragon hide boots !!!) We are looking for other changes and will report ASAP :-). 23rd-June - New tailoring ability
    Paul has extended the crafting skill so you can now also use it make items out of leather. Take a cow hide to the tannery to get some leather. You can then use the leather with some thread to make gloves, boots and leather armour.

    23rd-June - More runescape bugs fixed
    I have now fixed the following bugs with runescape:

  • improved password box to allow up to 20 characters
  • fixed it so you can still stack extra runes/arrows even when your inventory is full.
  • fixed a bug which could cause stack of 0 coins to be created
  • fixed a bug with arrows of different types not stacking on the ground properly
  • fixed it so that leaving the bank displays your balance properly
  • improved runescape auto-update code
  • logging out now works properly when you log out at the exact moment of attack
  • fixed it so people no longer randomly get added to your friends list
  • fixed it so lumbridge and karamja shops don't share the same stock!
