I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. While you're running across the lands, you may need a little help with getting runes. Our Magic Guide has had it's rune information updated. Now, it lists the infinite prices of all runes, the shops they come from, and the requirements to use the shops. Hope it comes in handy for you!

Sorry for the lack of news posts during the fun of the weekend. Without the forums, we had no way of finding a new poll or the Letters to the Editor. Since it is Wednesday, Let's just do the Hot Topic and our guide updates instead of trying to jam a whole weeks worth of updates in.

This week's hot topic is a post that has been running since the beginning of summer. Since then, we've had eleven pages of people posting what they believe is the "Most Useless Item on RuneScape." Why don't you join in and post your thought?

Now, to the updates! The Getting Around Guide has been updated to include the new spirit tree information for the Path of Glouphrie quest. It's also had it's ring of life information updated as well as the eagle travel section. The slayer/farming "minigame" involving the Jade Vine has been added to the 'Tips' section of the Back to My Roots quest guide for easy reference.

The forum has been brought back online.

Once again, the Editor has a new article ready for your reading pleasure. This week, the editor discusses the peaceful battle that is fought between the types of gamers. Check out "Co-op or Competitive?" and then join in the forum discussion.

Our monster and map teams have been working hard as well. The wilderness map has been updated with more locations and corrections to monsters. The Evil Chickens Lair, Fenkenstrain Dungeon, and Haunted Mine maps have been updated with monster links. The Dorgeshuun Mines map has also been updated, in response to a couple of corrections.

Finally, I am very happy to say that the shops database is almost complete again. We've had a few crew members working REALLY hard to get this updated quickly so you can use it accurately again. If the shop you're looking at has a stock amount of Infinite, it's done.
