When Andrew introduced wilderness he say that he is working also on possibility to Duel people out of wilderness. It look like that it was introduced in game by mistake so you can see here a screenchot of it and Andrew comment.
AndrewAs we know it will give a player possibility to fight each other even out of wilderness, it will start ONLY if both players wish to fight and they will probably have a posibility to select type of dual too.. (to death, lost of ALL items, no lost of items etc..) remember this is only summary of rumors i heared until now.
