One note about our account problem form: it is not for JAGEX related issues! We cannot help you with your RuneScape connection problems, account problems (including hacking, scams, etc.), or RuneScape ban appeals. All RuneScape-related issues should be sent in via Customer Support on the main RuneScape website. You will not receive a response if you send such a report to us.
