Location:	After the Hazeel Cult quest he can be found in the Hazeel cult south of Ardogune zoo and east of the clocktower. During the Missing, Presumed Death he can be found in the Empyrean Citadel.
Notes:	Hazeel will only be in attendance at the Empyrean Citadel if you revive him during the Hazeel Cult quest.
