Location:	Can be found through the Soul Rift on the north end of the bridge during the 2015 Halloween Event.
Notes:	Aids in the fight against the Avatar of Amascut and takes souls through the gate to the Underworld. He can also teleport the player back down to the southern end of the bridge.
