Location:	Pernix is encountered during the Children of Mah quest in on of Kharshai's memories.
Notes:	During the quest, Pernix initially suspects Kharshai is a spy and will challenge him with some questions. When the questions are answered correctly he will apologise for suspecting that he is a spy.
