Location:	The Dwarven Engineer can be found in the shop with the anvil on the ground floor of the Trading Consortium in Keldagrim.
Notes:	During the Between a Rock... quest asking him about the impenetrable rock and he will you that Rolad might be able to help you penetrate it. He will give you some schematics later in the quest.
