When filling in the Essence + Pouches carried input box, do not include the essence placed inside your pouches. What the calculator wants to know is how many inventory spots you have dedicated to Runecrafting. For example, if you're carrying three pouches, 24 essence and a pet rock, you should put 27 in the input box.
When you select the Use best pouches option, it will automatically start using new pouches as you level up. For example, if you're calculating for level 1 to level 55 Runecrafting, the calculator assumes you'll start using a medium pouch at level 25, and a large pouch at level 50. This is reflected in the amount of runs needed.
When using Runecrafting Gloves, the calculator will take care of the details, such as the type of gloves you're using, and the level requirements.
If you're using supplies of your own, if you're not selling any runes you're making, or if you simply do not care about how much money you will spend or earn, you can simply leave the price boxes set to zero.
When creating Law Runes, keep in mind that you cannot use familiars.
