Braindeath Island

After you have started the Rum Deal quest, you can access this island by talking with Pirate Pete, located north-east of Port Phasmatys. He will knock you out and you will wake up on Braindeath Island. The island itself is quite large but it serves little purpose outside of the quest. However, Braindeath Island is the only place in RuneScape where you can kill Fever Spiders which are a fairly common Slayer task from the more challenging Slayer masters.
