Living Rock CavernsBy Lalala7324
The Living Rock Caverns is a dangerous but rewarding mining and fishing location. The caverns are full of aggressive level 120 and level 140 Living Rock monsters, and rarely, a level 200 Living Rock Patriarch. If you can survive the attacks and have a high fishing or mining level, you will find some great high-level resources in the caverns. When defeating a Living Rock monster, their remains can be mined (with level 73 Mining) to receive Living minerals, which can be used as bait to catch one of the two species of fish that only live in the caverns - Rocktails (level 90 Fishing). Cavefish (level 85 Fishing), the other species, require regular bait. If mining is more of your thing, there are two types of rock formation in the caverns: Concentrated coal (level 77 Mining) and Concentrated gold deposits (level 80 Mining). Unlike other ores, these rocks are mined like pure essence in that you can mine multiple ores with a single click. However, after a while of mining, these rock formations can collapse, requiring you to find another formation rich in either coal or gold. Just south of the rope into the caverns is a bank deposit that can be used to deposit all of those fish or ores that you obtain. It is recommended to bring food and armour into the caverns if you want to stay alive for any length of time. Dungeon Monsters Thanks To: Kaphias, Lady_Shahdie, Innana
