The Ranged Guild is located in central Kandarin just south-west of Seers' Village. It's for members only and you'll need level 40 ranged to enter.
The combat bracelet teleport is an easy way for members to arrive just outside the guild door. Simply rub it and choose this guild as the destination. Read the combat bracelet items database entry to learn more about making and recharging it.
A leatherworker is located on the north-east edge of the guild. She will tan your cow, dragon and snake hides for the same prices charged in Al-Kharid and the crafting guild.
Also, there are a grand total of four stores where you can buy ranging items.
There are two ways to train here. The first is to go up the central tower to the first floor (second floor USA). The tower advisors will tell you to start ranging the archers on the other towers. You have to use a longbow to be able to attack the different level tower archers. The level 19 archers use iron arrows, the level 34s use steel, the level 49s use mithril and the level 64s use adamant arrows. Training here means losing your arrows on the other side, but being able to pick up the ones that drop by your feet. The guild is a multi-combat area and all three archers on each tower will attack you together if you start ranging them.
Your second option is the minigame that runs along the south-eastern boundary of the guild. Here you find the competition judge. You can enter the competition for 200gp, and he will give you 10 bronze arrows to fire at the targets at the opposite end using either a short or long bow. Depending on how close each of your arrows were to the bullseye, you are rewarded with points for that turn. The maximum you can get for a bullseye is 100 points, so there is a possible maximum of 1000 points per game. You receive 0.5 xp per point scored. You can use ANY bronze arrows, provided that you have also bought arrows from the judge. This can save you some clicks. After you have completed your turn and used up your 10 bronze arrows, talk to the judge who will award you with one ticket per ten points you scored. You can exchange these for items at the Ticket Merchant.
The armour shop sells standard grade leather armour as well as studded armour (such as bodies, chaps, vambraces, and coifs). Level 99 Rangers can speak to Aaron to buy a Ranged Cape and Hood for 99K gp.
Bows and Arrows
The second store sells arrows and arrowtips of bronze through rune. It also stocks regular, oak, and willow short and longbows. He also carries arrow shafts for your fletching needs. The shopkeeper does not stock brutal arrows or composite ogre bows, but will buy them from you.
Tribal Weapons Shop
The third store is the tribal weapons store. It carries an assortment of javelins and throwing axes.
Finally, there is the ticket merchant, who will give you items in exchange for the tickets you won in the minigame with the targets. Some of these items include bolt tips, leather or dragonhide armour, arrows, and javelins.
