Location:	Your top hat coloured a different colour. You gain the ability to change the colour of your top hat by buying it from Xuan in Burthorpe or Varrock for 6000 points and then using the hat on him.
Uses:	Headgear that looks good!
Notes:	You can have your top hat dyed red, blue, green or white. Each colour can be stored separately in a Treasure Chest in the Costume Room of a member's Player-Owned House.
