Uses:	When equipped in the pocket slot or in your inventory it will provide Prayer XP when fighting ghosts and spirits and it will also automatically scatter ashes providing double Prayer xp.
Notes:	After providing Prayer xp 1000 times this will degrade, it can be charged again by adding more ghostly essences.
