| Obtain a mourner letter by killing a level 11 mourner just inside the Huge north-eastern Gate of Isafdar during the Mourning's Ends Part 1 quest. You may have to wait a few minutes for the mourner to appear. |
| Have the mourner letter in your inventory when you go to talk to the head mourner in West Ardougne. |

Can be re-obtained by killing another level 11 mourner during or after the quest. A complete mourner's outfit is useful for other quests and to enter the mourner's headquarters after quest. There are two chests you can steal from there. |
