Location:	Found on the potion shelves in Fairy Nuff's workshop in the north-west corner of Zanaris (Lost City), during and after the quest A Fairy Tale Part II.
Uses:	Once you have Nuff's Certificate, talk to the Fairy God Father. Options are to Read it or Study it. For a key to decoding it, look at the Rune Temple Sign on the wall south of the cosmic runecrafting altar. Note that the decoded message is spelled out in the A Fairy Tale Part II quest guide.
Notes:	You need the certificate throughout the quest. To do the clue requiring Fairy Nuff after the quest, search the potion shelves to retrieve the certificate in order to find her through the fairy rings. If you Read it, it says: Certificate of Advanced Healing From PoxStead College. Signed Dr Foster-MMD, PRD Head of Magical Healing. If you Study it, however, the game says, 'You turn the certificate over and look at the back ...' and you see a mysterious message in strange symbols. (The Tip.It quest guide shows a picture of it.)
