Location:	Can be purchased from Finix for 25k Runespan points. Requires level 75 Magic and 90 Runecrafting to wield.
Shops:	Wizard Finix's Runecrafting Shop
Uses:	Can be tuned to any spells in your spellbook, and then charged with up to 1k casts of that spell. You may freely uncharge and retune the staff as you like. If this is charged with an offensive spell, the staff has a chance to absorb the same spell if it's cast against you, negating the damage done and increasing your charge by 1. The absorb will not work on a missed spell. The chance for absorb goes up with your Runecrafting level. If the staff is charged with teleports, it can be used in place of a lectern to create teleport tablets in your player-owned house.
Notes:	You must be on the same spellbook as the tuned spell to use the spell. You can have more than one staff, each charged with a different spell. These staffs will not stack in your bank. Should you die with the staff, 40,000 coins is placed on the ground instead.
