Uses: It is a toy for your cat. When the toy is equipped your cat will jump up and swat at it.
Notes: Can be used as a weapon however it has very poor stats and cannot be used on Player versus Player worlds to acquire increase in drop potential. . You receive it when you open the Present given to you at the end of the quest. Can be re-obtained if lost by locating and talking to Bob the Jagex Cat again and asking for a replacement.
