Location: Created at the singing bowl in Prifddinas by combining 150 harmonic dust and a crystal tool seed at level 80 smithing. Ilfeen, Eluned, Islwyn, or Rhodri Dail can enchant a crystal tool seed into this for 150 harmonic dust and 1,500gp.

Combining Crystal tool seed and 150 Harmonic dust - requires level 80 Smithing and gives 150 Smithing xp.
Uses: When this is in your inventory you will be able to make items in your house with a Construction level up to 5 levels above your current Construction level.
Notes: This has 28 charges and a charge is used each time a piece of furniture is created. Once depleted it will revert to its crystal tool seed version.
