Location: Created at the singing bowl in Prifddinas by combining 150 harmonic dust and a crystal tool seed at level 80 smithing. Ilfeen, Eluned, Islwyn, or Rhodri Dail can enchant a crystal tool seed into this for 150 harmonic dust and 1,500gp.

Combining Crystal tool seed and 150 Harmonic dust - requires level 80 Smithing and gives 150 Smithing xp.
Uses: When equipped and while cutting uncut gems, there is a 2% chance receive an extra uncut gem (sapphire, emerald, rubys, diamonds, ordragonstones only).
Notes: This has 28 charges and a charge is used each time a uncut gem is received. Once depleted it will revert to its crystal tool seed version.
