Boss Info:	This boss monster requires level 5 Dungeoneering to encounter.
Smuggler's Notes:	The luminescent icefiend is a larger, more powerful variant of the icefiends wandering Daemonheim. It uses magic and ranged attacks with equal proficiency. It will use a devastating spell at certain pain thresholds. Encasing itself in ice, it will become immune to all damage and rain down icicles from above. It is best to avoid these icicles at all costs!

Notes:	This boss uses magic and ranged attacks. Its special attack is relentless: the icefiend covers itself in a layer of ice (making it invincible), then sends a rain of icicles toward all party members in the room. To avoid them, run in circles around the room until the move finishes OR walk from one end of the room to the other. If in a group, do NOT cross each others path. He signals the special attack by kneeling and becoming entirely encased in ice. It will only use its special at certain points of its life points. It is immune to poison and stuns. The icicle rain will never outright kill you, but can reduce your life points to dangerously low values. You cannot use gatestone teleports during this fight.
